What we collect

When you submit something on this platform — a Lost & Found post, a Residents Corner message, or a Bring A Change pain point — we collect your name, building/flat number, phone number, and the content of your submission.

How your phone number is used

• Lost & Found: your phone number powers the Call and WhatsApp buttons on your post, so other residents can reach you directly about the item.
• Residents Corner & Bring A Change:your phone number is kept private and is never displayed on the site. It's collected solely so the REA can follow up with you if needed.

Moderated content

Posts on Residents Corner and Bring A Change are reviewed by the REA before becoming publicly visible. Your name and building/flat number are shown alongside approved posts; your phone number never is.

Where your data is stored

Submissions are stored in a Firebase (Google Cloud) database used exclusively for this platform. We don't sell, share, or use your information for advertising, and it isn't shared with any third party outside of what's necessary to run the site.

Removing your information

If you'd like a post removed or your information deleted, contact the Admin (details on the Contact Admin page) and it will be actioned directly in the database.
