Community Guidelines

This platform works because residents trust what's posted here. A few simple guidelines keep it that way.

Please Do

  • Use your real name and building/flat number when posting, so neighbours know who they're talking to.
  • Post accurate, honest information — especially for Lost & Found and service provider recommendations.
  • Be respectful in Residents Corner and Bring A Change, even when raising a complaint.
  • Report genuinely important pain points on Bring A Change — the REA prioritises by endorsement count.
  • Contact Admin if you spot outdated or incorrect information anywhere on the site.

Please Avoid

  • Don't post spam, promotional content, or anything unrelated to the estate.
  • Don't share anyone else's personal information without their consent.
  • Don't use Emergency Resources contacts for non-urgent matters.
  • Don't endorse the same Bring A Change post repeatedly to inflate its ranking.
  • Don't post anything abusive, discriminatory, or intended to target a specific resident.

Moderation:Residents Corner and Bring A Change posts are reviewed by the REA before appearing publicly. Posts that violate these guidelines won't be approved. Repeated violations may result in a resident's posts being declined going forward.
